Let circles carry the light and shade.
Circle shape art interprets your photo as a field of outlined rings. Their size and spacing give the subject its tonal structure while keeping every mark geometric.
Rings instead of pixels
The generator fits circles using the image tone and available space. Shadows gather smaller, denser outlines; lighter regions leave more room between marks. The result uses circle elements rather than a raster halftone texture.
A photograph with broad light and dark regions helps the pattern read at a distance. Fine features depend on the chosen detail and final display size, so compare the full composition as well as a close-up.
Balance radius and spacing
Select Circle Shape Art and generate with the defaults. Circle radius changes the ring scale. Highlight spacing controls how open the light areas become. Detail and Line weight also affect how dark the overall image appears.
If facial features disappear, try a smaller ring scale or more detail. If the drawing becomes visually crowded, make the line thinner or leave more space in the highlights.
Use the vector output
Download the SVG to edit the circle outlines in your design software. The rings have no individual fill, so the drawing retains its open line-based appearance.
For a pen plotter, a large number of separate circles can mean many pen lifts. Test a smaller or lower-detail drawing first, and use your plotting software to inspect travel paths and estimated duration.
